Gonzo Fishing In A Brazilian Imaginarium

This week we stick our legs into the river Gilliam. First we try to catch an Elusive Tuttle with a broken heat regulator. Next we try using a net to snare a New York Grail Knight. Using five sheets of high-power blotter acid as bait we attempt to catch a rare Semen Stained Duke. Finally we use the last of our rope to get ourselves a trophy Doctor but instead wind up having to make a choice between difficult self-fulfillment or easy ignorance. Enjoy.

It's Not Easy Being Breen

Joined by a special guest, we discuss Stanley Milgram experiment overview and arty pseudo-biopic Experimenter and see the elephant it walks down the hall. Later we come to the point in everyone's life where they must decide to let Neil Breen into their heart or face the cold and suffering of life without his loving influence. Some of us does the former, some of us do the latter. Enjoy.

Baise Highway

With Tyler holed up powerless and cowering in his DVD closet because of Hurricane Irma, the rest of us forge ahead with the 2000 French crime thriller Baise-Moi and David Lynch's Lost Highway. We also reveal the winner of last week's contest and try to discuss IT without any spoiler. We are moderately successful with both. Enjoy.

Forever Feed

This week we discuss the unfair depictions of shysters in Hong Kong and Australia's secret Internet morality police. How do we take Jackie Chan, Sammo Hung, and Yuen Biao playing completely against type? How do we accept that  Lieutenant Commander Steven J. "Steve" McGarrettUSNR is keeping woman who came to the tropical paradise for vacation and stuffing them with fast food? Not that we judge. I mean as long as they are all consenting adults, it's none of our business.
